2 Week Introductory Program:  4 Classes and a Uniform = $25.00

One Month Introductory Program:  Unlimited classes and a Uniform for $99.00

Belt Advancement Programs:  train one to six days per week – children and adults all train together in a safe and controlled environment – work you way up from White Belt(9th Gup) to Black Belt(1st Dan) – non-competitive in nature: as long as you are growing from where you started, you are successful

Weapons Program:  Long Staff, Intermediate Staff, Short Staff (also called Escrima), Spear and Sword applications – weapons are an extension of you – this is an exciting and rewarding program – must maintain empty hand training to be eligible

Instructor Certification Program:  learn to become a professional Moo Gong Do Martial Arts Instructor – a very in depth and comprehensive program – learn to speak in front of others and lead a balanced healthy life – take your training to the next level

Self Defense Classes / Corporate Self Defense:  Have a Moo Gong Do instructor come to your facility and teach self defense basics for you and your employees.  Self defense and personal safety are of utmost importance in today’s society.  Be proactive and don’t become a victim.  This is a very empowering program that can be done in one 2 to 4 hour session or in three to six 1 hour long weekly sessions.  Contact Master Allen directly for fees and options.  This very flexible program can fit into almost any facility no matter what budgetary and hourly constraints you may have.  

Demonstrations and Fundraisers:  Moo Gong Do can make any fundraiser or public event more exciting with a martial arts demonstration.  The Demonstration Team will show basic punching and kicking exercises, two and three person partner work, self defense scenarios, high flying breaking, power breaking(concrete and boards), weapons techniques, sparring, traditional Korean Forms(Hyung), Energy(Ki), and philosophy – and much more!

Birthday Parties:  Come to our Dojang(training hall) or let us come to your house and have a fun filled birthday party.  Can be tailored to fit your needs: full to partial catering, decorations, martial arts games and exercises.  Fun for all ages! (Call for details)
